1 Lb. spiced Sausage 1/2 C. diced Onion 1/2 C. Bell Pepper mixed red and green sliced thin 1 -12 ounce Can Beef Bullion 1- cup red table wine 1- 12 ounce Can French Onion Soup 1- Sm. Can 6 ounce -Tomato Sauce 1 Stick Butter 1- Lb. Crawfish Tails 2 –Cups Uncle Ben's Long Grain Rice 40 cooked de-vained and de-tailed shrimp Cajun seasoning to taste…be careful with this stuff In a Dutch oven brown the sausage on a stove top then add onion- butter and peppers cook until tender Add wine, drop in bullion, add soup, tomato sauce Bring up to a boil and then add rice…and crawfish tails …season to taste, Cover Dutch oven and bake in oven at 350 for fifty minutes… Remove from oven drop in shrimp -stir –restore cover for five minutes stir again, and then serve…..the trout whisperer
