Traffic has thinned out on most major highways and freeways making the late morning rush hour a kind one for commuters.

One exception is westbound 94 approaching Mounds Blvd. A crash resides in the left lane. Brake lights come on at Johnson Pkwy.

Our other slow spots that are adding only a few minutes to the drive:

  • Southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul
    • Eastbound 94 from Olson Hwy. to Hiawatha Avenue
      • Westbound 94 from Dale Street to Snelling Avenue in St. Paul
        • Eastbound 394 from Hwy. 100 to 94
          • Northbound 35W from 46th Street to downtown Minneapolis
