Traffic has thinned out on most major highways and freeways making the late morning rush hour a kind one for commuters.
One exception is westbound 94 approaching Mounds Blvd. A crash resides in the left lane. Brake lights come on at Johnson Pkwy.

- Southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul
- Eastbound 94 from Olson Hwy. to Hiawatha Avenue
- Westbound 94 from Dale Street to Snelling Avenue in St. Paul
- Eastbound 394 from Hwy. 100 to 94
- Northbound 35W from 46th Street to downtown Minneapolis
