7 a.m. update: Slow and go on 94 in east metro

A stalled vehicle blocking a lane on westbound 94 at the Lakeland exit near Hwy. 95 is impeding traffic coming in from Wisconsin. Ahead, things remain packed all the way to downtown St. Paul. Plan on 21 to 24 minutes.

Traffic is quickly filling in on westbound Hwy. 36 between 35E and 35W. That drive is about 10 minutes at present.

Look for pockets of congestion on eastbound Hwy. 212 and Hwy. 5 coming into the Eden Prairie area. Things loosen at 494.

Northbound Hwy. 169 slows at the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. Plan on 10 minutes to reach 494.

Overall, traffic is moving well as roads are mainly wet. But be prepared for the isolated slick spots, especially on ramps and bridge decks.
