I don't know if it is the threat of snow that has people staying home or the rush hour is just getting off to a late start. Whatever the reason, those heading out now won't find any problems on the roads.
A few places are crowded, such as southbound 35W from County I to 694 and westbound 94 from Hwy. 61 into downtown St. Paul.
Things coming in on eastbound 94 from Rogers to Monticello are moving along swiftly.
Northbound 169, 35W and Cedar Avenue in the south metro are at or near the posted speeds.
Southbound 169 and Hwy. 100 are a tad crowded from 94 down to the Crosstown, but that is a trip that is still managable with travel time 15 to 18 minutes.
