U flash mob makes the New York Times

The newspaper featured college-sponsored flash mobs in an article this week. Goldy Gopher got a nod.

A New York Times article about the prevalence of on-campus flash mobs highlighted this one, at the University of Minnesota.

The dozens of students and handful of faculty members were celebrating the 75th anniversary of the U's College of Science and Engineering.

The article gave Goldy Gopher got a nod, which he noted on Twitter.

The story says that these "outbursts of seemingly impromptu dance numbers" were super common at orientations this year. It adds:
