The Capitol can be a strange place during the overnight special session.

Around 2 a.m., a few minutes before Senator Majority Leader Larry Pogemiller started proof reading the final budget bill, Sen. John Marty could be seen being pushed down a Capitol hallway on a two-wheeled dolly.

This from the world of Twitter: "Reps. Murphy and Hosch napping on House floor. Rep. Cornish out cold on second floor bench."
