6:30 P.M. at PHILADELPHIA • NBCSN, 100.3-FM

Preview: The Wild, 1-3-1 in the second half of back-to-back games, closes out the three-game road trip heading into the NHL’s three-day holiday hiatus. The Flyers, who have won eight in a row at home and haven’t lost in Philly since Nov. 7, are 3-1-1 in their past five overall but coming off a 6-3 loss at Columbus. The Wild shut out Philadelphia in St. Paul 2-0 on Dec. 2.

His line with Michael Raffl and Jakub Voracek has 24 points and is plus-18 in the past five games. Voracek has six goals and 11 points during a career-best seven-game point streak. RW Matt Read, who attended Bemidji State, leads with 10 goals. G Steve Mason has allowed four goals in four of his past six starts.

Numbers: Before Sunday’s action, the Flyers ranked 22nd in the NHL at 2.44 goals per game, the Wild 29th at 2.19. The Wild ranks fifth at 2.27 goals against per game, the Flyers 17th at 2.78. The Flyers’ penalty kill ranked 14th at 82.9 percent, the Wild 24th at 78.5. The Wild’s power play ranked ninth at 20 percent, the Flyers 18th at 16.7.
