It's a nice thought, but Colts interim coach Bruce Arians has no chance of keeping Packers fans from invading the 82nd sellout at Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday. Arians challenged ticket-holding Colts fans who are tempted to sell to those high-paying Packers fans by saying, "We cannot allow the Cheeseheads to come in here and take over." Arians said that would be wrong, especially since this is the first game since Colts coach Chuck Pagano found out he has leukemia.

A key to keeping Jay Cutler alive this season could rest in the blocking skills of former Gophers tight end Matt Spaeth. According to ESPNChicago, Spaeth played only 11 plays when Cutler got sacked seven times in a Week 2 loss at Green Bay. Known as a decent blocker, Spaeth was inserted into the offense in double-tight end sets for 31 snaps in a Week 3 victory against St. Louis and a season-high 33 snaps in last week's victory at Dallas.

There's no hotter coaching seat in the NFL than the one Lions special teams coach Danny Crossman is sitting on right now. In last week's loss to the Vikings, Detroit became the first NFL team since at least 1941 to give up two returns for touchdowns in back-to-back weeks. Said Crossman, per the Detroit News: "I'm a teacher. If you're a teacher and half the kids are flunking your exams, you've got to find a way to teach the kids better."
