In a rare feat last night, Moose Lake-Willow River's girls' basketball team shut out Wrenshall 65-0. Three different players scored in double-figures for ML-WR, which led 40-0 at halftime.

Wrenshall, which qualified for the state tournament two seasons ago, fell to 0-5 this season. The school, located about 25 miles southwest of Duluth, has a 9-12 enrollment of 82 students and lists just seven players on its roster on the MSHSL site.
