They call different places home now, but Wolves coach Tom Thibodeau and Orlando's Frank Vogel are back together against each other tonight at Amway Center.

They coached against each other for years in the Central Division, Thibodeau with Chicago and Vogel with Indiana.

In fact, Vogel's Pacers were the 8th seed when he was an interim coach and his team team played Thibodeau's No. 1-seeded Bulls. The Pacers lost, but played well enough to get Vogel a permanent contract.

"We had some good battles," Vogel said. "You beat a Tom Thibodeau team and it always feels a little bit better because of how well they're coached, how well they're prepared. You feel like accomplioshed something."

Thibodeau said he respects Vogel because, like Thibodeau himself, Vogel worked his way up to a head-coaching job in the NBA from assistant's jobs.

The Wolves are trying to break a three-game losing streak and reverse a defensive slide they've been on.
