Portland restricted free agent Nicolas Batum is due into town tonight to meet with the Timberwolves, who are expected to make him a four-year offer that could approach $50 million, according to league sources.
Boston restricted free-agent center Greg Stiemsma visited this morning and Los Angeles Lakers unrestricted free agent Jordan Hill is scheduled to visit Monday.
Blazers kajillionaire Paul Allen can match any offer for Batum.
Players can't sign anything until July 11. The Blazers then would have three days to match an offer sheet for Batum, a 6-8 Frenchman who's a natural small forward but can also play shooting guard.
