7:50 a.m. update: 24th Avenue ramp opened

Authorities have reopened the ramp from westbound 494 to 24th Avenue in Bloomington, but use caution. Emergency personnel are still on the scene of a violent crash that required extrication of two occupants.

Traffic in the area is still jammed from Hwy. 5 past the scene.
