ORONOCO, Minn. — Authorities say a car thief who led law enforcement officers on a chase through three southeastern Minnesota counties is still on the run.
The chase began Monday when a stolen car was involved in a hit-and-run in Oronoco. Officials say the driver crashed that car in a ditch along Highway 52, then stole an SUV and raced through back roads in Wabasha, Goodhue and Olmsted counties before the SUV hit a fence.
KTTC-TV (http://bit.ly/1u11GW0 ) reports the suspect then stole a truck from a farm and sped away. The man is still missing.
