At the top

O’Meara, Leer, Wagner & Kohl, Edina, named Shamus O’Meara managing shareholder. O’Meara has been a shareholder with the firm since 1998. The firm also named Morgan Godfrey shareholder, Timothy Leer head of liability department and Mary Kohl head of workers’ compensation department.

Visit St. Paul named Terry Mattson president and chief executive. Mattson was the president for Visit Duluth, where he had 28 years with the organization in different capacities.

Laborers District Council of Minnesota and North Dakota named Todd Pufahl president. Pufahl was the legislative director and joined union leadership in 1992.

Avtex, Bloomington, named Bob Azman chief experience officer. Azman was senior vice president of customer experience at Thomson Reuters and has held leadership positions at Ceridian, eFunds Corp. and Deluxe Corp.

Moving up

U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, named Margaret Paddock Twin Cities market leader for the private client reserve. Paddock was the Milwaukee market leader and joined U.S. Bank in 2006. She is on the boards of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and the Milwaukee Art Museum.

Resource, Minneapolis, named Heidi Kammer vice president of chemical and mental health. Kammer was the director of Resource’s center for recovery services.

Mahoney Ulbrich Christiansen Russ, St. Paul, named Tom Johnson officer and Luke Roessler and Jayme Shuda senior managers.

On the move

Nilfisk-Advance, Plymouth, named Jonathan Kingsbury director of marketing and strategy for U.S. sales company. Kingsbury was the global program director for Ecolab, which he joined in 1999.

Kroll Ontrack, Eden Prairie, named Cathleen Peterson senior vice president, consulting and advance review services. Peterson was legal director of discovery analytics and review services for Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.

On the board

Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare named Phillip Trier, Brad Winges, Philip Becker and David Bestler to the board. Trier is the Twin Cities market president at U.S. Bank, which he joined in 2000. Winges is managing director at Piper Jaffray and president of Piper Jaffray investment management. Becker is an investment consultant and chartered financial analyst with Slocum. Bestler is the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Hubbard Radio.

Twin Cities in Motion named Stephen Benson, Mary Hendrickson, Ryan Steines and Michael Sullivan to the board.
