An entity associated with Opus Development Co. has sold The Station, a student-oriented apartment project on Washington Av. SE near the University Minnesota for about $31 million, according to records filed with Hennepin County.
The buyer was HSRE Station on Washington LLC of Chicago.
The six-story building features 97 residential units, from studios to two-bedrooms.
Opus Development served as the developer on the project, while Opus Design Build LLC was the contractor. Minneapolis-based Elness Swenson Graham Architects Inc. was the project architect and Opus AE Group LLC managed the structural engineering and interior design.
