A couple of lingering crashes and pockets of congestion are slowing the drive as we head into the latter portion of the rush hour.
You'll find wrecks on northbound 35W at 35th Street in Minneapolis, and on westbound 494 at Hwy. 100. Both are off on the shoulder and having minimal impacts on traffic.
Traffic crawls along on westbound 494 from about Hwy. 5 over to 35W. You'll need 20 minutes to get over to Hwy. 100.
Southbound Hwy. 100 snarls from 394 to about 50th Street, but then shakes loose.
Westbound 94 has off and on congestion from Dale Street to Hiawatha Avenue. Allow 15 to 18 minutes.
Police are dealing with a school bus crash on 42nd Av and Penn Av. N. Sounds as if the bus might have hit a house.
