The commute between the downtowns on I-94 is pretty good for this hour. We have no major delays and only pockets of heavy traffic coming into downtown Minneapolis from Riverside to 35W. Look for a 7-minute trip on eastbound 94 from Olson Hwy. to 35W.
From the east, 94 slows from Johnson Pkwy. to Marion Street, but it's still a decent drive coming in from the east suburbs.
In the south, I-35 continues to be a mess even though a crash at Cliff Road has been moved off to the right shoulder. It's 20 minutes from Crystal Lake Road up to 494.
Northbound Cedar is struggling from 35E up to the Crosstown, with 15 to 18 minutes needed.
