A jackknifed semi is blocking the overpass on 49th Avenue at Hwy. 169 in New Hope. Eastbound traffic can access southbound 169, but not northbound.
Steer clear of a crash at Avon Street and Victoria Street. Sounds like a dump truck is involved.
The drive on westbound 494 is 13 minutes from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 169.
Look for tight traffic on northbound 35E from W. 7th Street to downtown St. Paul.
