36 Park
If you've driven along Highway 100 lately you're probably wondering about the new 10-story building that's taken shape near the intersection of Hwy. 100 and W. 36th St. The building is called 36 Park, and it has 192 apartments and extremely high-end amenities and finishes, including a club room with a full culinary kitchen. The project is being developed by E.J. Plesko & Associates, Fiduciary Real Estate Development and Northwestern Mutual. Rents range from a $1,350 for a one-bedroom unit to more than $2,500 for a 1,200 square-foot, two-bedroom unit.
Nearby, the Excelsior Group will open the Flats at West End later this spring.
