The drive on 494 in both directions from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100 is still plugged up. Westbound is 15 minutes, eastbound is 22 minutes. A crash is still on the right shoulder at 24th Avenue on the eastbound side.
I-94 is still quite heavy heading west from 694 to Riverside Avenue. That will cost you 31 minutes. A stall is blocking the right shoulder at Dale Street.
Northbound Cedar Avenue is 20 minutes from County Road 42 to the Crosstown.
The Crosstown also is tight in both directions from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100.
