Grieving father mourns 2-year-old son shot to death in Minneapolis

Kia Xiong, the father of 2-year-old shooting victim Neegnco Xiong, was comforted by the Rev. Harding Smith of the Spiritual Church of God, left, and peace activist K.G. Wilson.

Xiong fought back tears during a vigil near the family’s Cedar-Riverside residence Saturday.

The boy was accidentally shot by his 4-year-old brother, who was playing with a loaded handgun he had found in his parents’ bedroom.
