Jonathan "The Impaler" Sharkey is running for president.

So is Ole Savior.

But according to the Federal Elections Commission's list of the 88 people who have filed for a 2012 run, none of the other Minnesotans, or former Minnesotans have taken the plunge ....yet.

But Sharkey, the self-proclaimed vampire who ran for Minnesota governor back in 2006, decided he was all in for 2012 last year. It's a familiar spot for the now-Floridian. He ran for president in 2008, too. (Since then he also had a run in with the law -- he pleaded guilty to harassing a Rochester girl 2009 and threatening to torture and kill a judge in Indianapolis that same year.)
Savior, too, is no stranger to filing for office. The red-haired, Vikings-lover has run for nearly as many offices as a vampire has left bite marks.
