A driver with a long history of driving under the influence went on a bumper-car rampage outside a Wisconsin casino while high and with a 3-year-old along for the rough ride, authorities said.

Tari L. Pettibone, 50, of Black River Falls, Wis., was arrested Saturday night after "smashing into" three vehicles outside the Ho-Chunk Casino in the Wisconsin Dells vacation region.

Sobriety testing at the scene revealed that Pettibone "was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an [illegal] drug," the State Patrol said in a statement.

No one, including the child in Pettibone's car, was hurt in any of the collisions.

Pettibone was taken to a hospital for collection of her blood for testing of intoxication and then jailed, the patrol said.

She has five previous offenses on her record for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
