The Vikings added to their roster and announced their practice squad Sunday.

The team made a waivers move, claiming J'Marcus Webb, who started 44 games on the offensive line for the Chicago Bears the past three seasons but was released by the Bears this week.

Webb presumably will play as primary backup to left tackle Matt Kalil and right tackle Phil Loadholt. Troy Kropog, who survived Saturday's cuts, didn't make it through Sunday. He was released to make room for Webb.

The Vikings left one spot open on their practice squad. The seven members are running back Joe Banyard, guard Travis Bond, defensive tackle Everett Dawkins, tight end Chase Ford, offensive tackle Kevin Murphy and wide receivers Rodney Smith and Adam Thielen.

Cornerback Bobby Felder and defensive end D'Aundre Reed were placed on injured reserve after clearing waivers. They suffered ankle injuries in the final preseason game Thursday night.
