Crystal ball

Billy Crystal's hilarious performances of "700 Sundays" last month in Minneapolis has us eager to revisit some of his earlier films, especially 1987's "Throw Momma From the Train" (7 p.m., MPLEX), a clever parody of "Strangers on a Train," directed with cartoonish giddiness by co-star Danny DeVito.

Silence is golden

Pixar has become a brand synonymous with Lamborghini and Gucci. For concrete evidence, check out this irresistible double feature: 2009's "Up" (6 p.m., ABC Family) and 2008's "Wall-E" (8 p.m., ABC Family). Both manage to use minimal dialogue to speak volumes.

Breaking news

Ron Burgundy, who looks a lot like a '70s version of Will Ferrell, revealed the production of an "Anchorman" sequel on "Conan" (10 p.m., TBS), so it's only fitting that he return to the scene of the crime to promote its release. Let's hope he brings his flute.
