Jim Messina, manager for President Barack Obama's 2012 re-election campaign, will make four stops in the Twin Cities on Wednesday, hosting events with some of Minnesota's most influential Democrats.
Messina will meet up with Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak, St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman and U.S. Reps. Keith Ellison and Betty McCollum at several town hall-style forums and a happy hour at the Happy Gnome in St. Paul.
Rybak, is one of the Democratic National Committee's five vice chairs. Democrats in Washington are sending Rybak to the front lines across the country as one of its chief spokesmen President for Obama.
