Vikings rookie wide receiver Percy Harvin has missed practices a few times this season because of migraine headaches but then returned on Sunday and played well.

But this time might be different.

For the first time this year, Harvin will miss all three days of practice leading up to a game because of migraines. Given Harvin's talent level and his ability to rebound from these episodes it would be foolish to declare him out for Sunday's game against Cincinnati. However, it is difficult for any player to miss an entire week of practice and the game-planning that goes with it and then play.

Also sitting out today is safety Tyrell Johnson, who suffered a concussion last Sunday at Arizona. Johnson almost certainly won't play Sunday and will be replaced by rookie Jamarca Sanford.

We'll get an update from Vikings coach Brad Childress this afternoon and also get a look at how he lists players for Sunday's game when the injury report is issued.
