CSI signs distribution deal in Japan
Cardiovascular Systems Inc., St. Paul, signed a distribution deal with Tokyo-based Medikit Co. Ltd. to sell CSI's Diamondback 360 Coronary and Peripheral Orbital Atherectomy Systems in Japan.
To secure the distribution deal for its sales force of 120, Medikit has made an upfront payment of $10 million to CSI.

Holdsworth will serve on the corporate governance, nominating and finance committees. Holdsworth is a co-founder and operating partner of Tennenbaum Capital Partners.
