The rush hour ends with a crash on the eastbound Crosstown at Bloomington Avenue. Westbound drivers will need 10 minutes from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100.
The other snag on the system is the semi stuck in the mud on southbound 35E at County Road J. A tow is attending to that situation, which has traffic stacked up to Main Street.
