For the second time this morning, commuters on westbound 94 are dealing with a car vs. dump truck wreck. This one is at Cretin Avenue sent a passenger car into the guard rail. Occupants are milling around on the right shoulder so use caution as you pass by.
Traffic knots up at Hamline Avenue with this one.
The other difficult spot continues to be on Hwy. 7 in Minnetonka. Stoplights are not working between Hwy. 101 and Williston Road. Traffic jammed from Christmas Lake Road over to near 494.
