The crash on eastbound 94 at Cedar Avenue has been moved over to the right lane and shoulder, but the impact kicks in just outside the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
In Burnsville, traffic is slowing in the vicinity of Hwy. 13 and County Road 5 where a loose dog is running around.
The rest of the metro is moving fairly well, but be on alert for pockets of congestion on the ususal routes, southbound 35W in Mounds View, I-494 in Bloomington/Richfield, southbound 169 in Brooklyn Park and Golden Valley and on westbound 94 approaching downtown St. Paul.
