The investigation is complete and the troopers and others looking into a fatal crash earlier today on westbound 94 at 7th Street have moved on. All lanes are back open. Two left lanes had been blocked for more than 3 hours.
Look out for a crash with a car in the median on Hwy. 7 in the area of Shady Oak Road.
The other snag is a stall blocking the right shoulder of southbound 35E at Maryland Avenue in St. Paul.
