Sealant the is not drying fast enough, so MnDOT has the freeway down to a single lane at the 35W bridge. That's got traffic jammed up to Rice Street at the present and the line is growing. That's going to be a tangled mess all morning. This might be the day to jump up to County 96 and use that as an alternate.
