A rowdy Apple Valley graduation party Friday ended with up to 100 teens brawling in a parking lot and police shooting a 15-year-old with a Taser to arrest him.

Apple Valley police were called to the Hayes Community and Senior Center around 9:45 p.m. Friday, where 50 to 100 teens attending a graduation party at the rented facility were fighting, according to police.

Due to the large crowd and resistance to officers' orders, police called in assistance. When one 15-year-old boy refused to comply, officers arrested him for disorderly conduct and used a Taser during the arrest to control him, police said. An adult man who had a warrant also was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct.

No weapons were used in the incident.

Many of the teens then left the community center and walked to a nearby neighborhood to continue fighting. About 10:15 p.m., police responded to a fight related to the earlier incidents at a McDonald's on the 7600 block of 150th Street; the individuals fled the scene, according to police.
