Saint Croix Vineyards, 6428 Manning Av. N. in Stillwater, is holding its 14th annual Grape Stomp starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, and Sunday, Sept. 8.
Vineyard and winery tours and live music will be part of the festivities.
Grape stomping competitions for both kids and adults will be held at approximately 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. each day. A drawing will be held to determine who will compete in the competitions — entries are made on arrival, and everyone will get a chance to stomp grapes between competitions.
Vineyard/winery tours will take place at about noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. each day (no pre-registration required).
Music from noon to 5 p.m. each day, provided by the Midnight Mo Experience on Saturday, Jonny James and the Hall of Fames on Sunday and by Mike Salovich both Saturday and Sunday.

Visitors Bureau seeks top-notch photos
The Stillwater Visitors Bureau invites shutterbugs to submit two of their best Stillwater images in 12 MB resolution by Oct. 15 for the chance to win up to $300 and to receive recognition in the DiscoverStillwater.com website and in the 2014 Official Stillwater Visitors Guide.
Images can feature all four seasons and must be recognizable as taken in Stillwater.
Submit images to info@DiscoverStillwater.com, and include your name, e-mail address and phone number. Upon submission, photographers agree that the Stillwater Visitors Bureau can use submitted photographs in advertising, trade or for any purpose and in any format without additional consent.
Music, festivities part of this week’s festival
Martin Zellar, former lead singer of the Gear Daddies, will headline a lineup of live music that is part of the all-day Fall Festival at Transfiguration Church and School beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7.
Music, which starts at 11 a.m., also includes Tim Mahoney and Mark Andrew, both contestants on NBC’s “The Voice,” and other local artists.
The Festival Market starts at 8: 30 a.m., followed by the Holy Soles 5K Run/Walk at 9 a.m. (registration starts at 8 a.m.) Cost is $10 for adults, $20 for youth, $10 for kids aged 9 and under. Food trucks, rides and games open at 10 a.m. For $15 advance music passes, visit Transfigurationmn.org.
