Speed are at 20 miles per hour or slow in places between Lexington Avenue and I-694. It's 30 minutes from the Forest Lake Split down to Hwy. 280.
Southbound 35E is improving slightly after earlier crashes at Larpenteur Avenue and a stall at Hwy. 36. It's still 24 minutes from County J to downtown St. Paul.
Heading into downtown Minneapolis, drivers on northbound 35W will see some slowing approaching Franklin Avenue where we've got a fresh crash on the right shoulder.
An object in the left lane is all it is taking to bring traffic to a near standstill on northbound 35W at Black Dog Road. Delays kick in at Burnsville Pkwy.
