Slow down and prepare for vehicles merging left to avoid hitting a stalled vehicle in the curve of westbound Crosstown approaching Hwy. 100. The broken down car is on the right.
Eastbound 394 is bunching up near Hwy. 100 as the gate arms to the HOT lanes are stuck in the down position. Carpoolers are sharing the general lanes from Hwy. 100 to downtown Minneapolis. With lighter levels of traffic, it's not taking driver more than a minute or two longer.
The ramp to eastbound 394 from Ridgedale Drive remains blocked with a three-vehicle accident.
The stall that had been blocking the left lane on southbound Hwy. 100 is now over on the right. Traffic is slow in the immediate area, but flows nicely once past.
