Drivers on southbound Hwy. 100 are stuck in gridlock conditions from 94 to 394. That is taking a good 30 minutes.
As a result, traffic is backing up onto 694. Look for a ramp jam from southbound 252 to west 694. Westbound 694 is crammed from Silver Lake Road over to Xerxes Avenue.
It's dangerous on Hwy. 5 in the area of Dell Road. Several vehicles have slid off the ditch in that area.
