Overnight road work on westbound 694 has ended and two lanes are open between 35W and Hwy. 252. With the barricades and cones gone, we should not have a repeat of Wednesday.
In Bloomington, work on westbound 494 has also wrapped up and all lanes are open from 24th Avenue over Hwy. 100.
On northbound 35 through Lakeville, traffic is moving along quite well through the work zone which runs from County Road 2 to County Road 50. I'm starting to see more headlights, however, so expect that area to get busy in the next 10 to 15 minutes.
Elsewhere, things are calm and the best news is that we are crash and incident free at the moment.
