Both Mark Andrew and Betsy Hodges have independent expenditure groups supporting their bids to be mayor. The groups, which operate independently of the campaigns, can raise and spend unlimited funds.
We got word on Twitter today that the group supporting Andrew, Coalition for a Better Minneapolis, had sent its first mailing. A copy of it is below.
