7:45 a.m. update: Slow on 494 in South St. Paul

The drive on westbound 494 from Lake Road to Hwy. 52 is up to 13 minutes. A wreck on the right shoulder at Concord Av. is causing the delay.
No improvement on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to Hennepin Avenue. The drive is now 35 to 40 minutes due to an earlier crash at Franklin Avenue.
Things are loosening a tad on eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494. That drive is running at about 25 minutes.
Look for pockets of slow and go traffic on westbound Crosstown from Hwy. 55 over to Hwy. 100.
The drive on northbound 35W and Cedar Avenue is about 17 minutes from County Road 42 to Crosstown.
