6:35 a.m. update: Crash in Lowry Hill Tunnel

The center lane is blocked in the Lowry Hill Tunnel on westbound 94. Help has arrived on the scene. Traffic is backed up starting at Hennepin Avenue.
Patrol says both the left and right lanes will remain open.
