As we wind down the rush hour, we have one area of congestion of note. That's on southbound 35W from Hwy. 280 to Hennepin Avenue. A crash involving a semitrailer truck is off to the left shoulder at Stinson Blvd. just cleared. Plan on 12 minutes from 280 to Hennepin.
Otherwise, traffic is moving quite nicely on the rest of the system.
