A light-rail train struck a vehicle late Tuesday morning, according to Metro Transit.
Service on the Green Line was briefly delayed, the agency said.
The collision involving the eastbound train occurred about 10:40 a.m. near Hwy. 280 along University Avenue.
The train had moved from the scene by about 11:15 a.m., said Amanda Hemberger, who works in a building across the street.
A photograph posted on Facebook by a witness shows the train stopped and its doors open, a pickup truck off to the side and gaining the attention of responders and a firetruck standing by.
