Also on Saturday: At the Minneapolis Farmers Market, vendor Bonnie Dehn of Dehn's Garden will demonstrate recipes (and offering samples) using fresh vegetables and herbs. 10:30 a.m. Catch the live broadcast of AM 950's "Fresh & Local" radio show 8 to 9 a.m.), when hosts Bonnie Dehn and Susan Berkson interview Jerry Untiedt of Untiedt's Vegetable Farm.
On Sunday at the Kingfield Farmers Market, Stewart Woodman, chef/co-owner of Heidi's Minneapolis, will be demonstrating a recipe (and offering free samples) using fresh produce from the market. In addition, customers spending $20 at the market will be eligible for a free $20 gift certificate to the restaurant, limited to the first 50 eligible shoppers.
