Inside the cozy and contemporary confines of the Lynn on Bryant, chef/owner Peter Ireland turns out uncomplicated, beautifully crafted classics from dawn to dusk. (For starters, is there a better omelet in the Twin Cities? Doubtful.) Dinner — roasted rabbit with spaetzle, an extraordinary gnocchi — is exceptional, and the bakery counter resides squarely within don’t-miss territory.
