S. in Calhoun Square, Minneapolis, 612-822-1688, www.ilgattominneapolis.com), the restaurant sets aside five bottles of white and five bottles of red and marks them at $10, which is less than the cost of one of the fine pizzas coming out of the kitchen's busy wood-burning oven.
