Occupation: Associate professor, University of Minnesota Department of Fisheries, Wildlife and Conservation Biology.

Education: Undergraduate in biology from Harvard College, Ph.D. from U of M.

Hobbies: Reading, running, yoga, cooking, gardening and volunteering at her local co-op.

Oberhauser and daughter Amy have kept track of every game of backgammon they’ve played the past 10 years. They’ve even done a statistical analysis on the results.“Based on a chi-square test, she is significantly better than me,” Oberhauser said.
