“Jim Gaffigan: Obsessed” shows one of our best stand-up comics still obsessing over food, including fruit, seafood and doughnuts. In other words, don’t watch on an empty stomach. A full uncensored version of the special will be available on the Comedy Central app starting Monday. 9 p.m. Sunday, Comedy Central.
