• Ice

• 2 oz. (1/4 c.) gin (London Dry style, preferred)

• 1/2 c. chilled tonic, or more

• Fresh lime wedge


Fill an 8- to 12-ounce highball glass with ice. Stir in the gin. Add 1/2 cup tonic and stir. Add additional tonic, if desired. Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink and drop wedge into drink.
